Moto 5g Stylus (2023) phone takes excellent nighttime photos with no need for a time exposure. Drove away from city lights to a church on a hill with unobstructed view of the Northern horizon. At 9:40 pm I saw faint auroras to the north; and a red SAR arc visible on the camera screen rising up from the western horizon, extending across the sky a little above the moon, then back down to the eastern horizon. At 9:55 the auroras to the North got lot brighter. They were so impressive and awesome to watch that at 10:15 I went into the church activities room where 2 women were washing stuff in a kitchen sink to tell them about the auroras. They said 15 people there earlier making dumplings went outside for 10-15 minutes to look at the auroras. Since this was at a church, I told them that Jesus said near the time when the end time worldwide natural cataclysms will begin - from witch people who pray at every opportunity will escape (assuming they obey his teachings to Love one another) he said near that time "there will be awesome signs in the sky”. As they walked to the back door to watch the auroras I told them they will be seeing some of these endtime "awesome signs in the sky".
