Details:
Lots of high clouds and haze with aircraft contrails making it very challenging finding the comet only a few degrees above the horizon. From Southeastern Pennsylvania the comet is definitely a binocular object swimming in the twilight soup. However, the cometary tail of Tsuchinshan is very prevalent and easily noticed. I used an Orion Short Tube 80 refractor and a Canon XS DSLR camera 800 ASA, 4-8 second exposures.
