Details:
The comet is finally visible in the western sky after sunset. I started taking pictures at 6:49pm (EDT); comet became visible in my pictures at 6:56pm (EDT); saw the comet's tail (dull) with the unaided eye at 7:18pm (EDT). Nikon D500, 52mm, f/5.6, 3-4s exposure, ISO 500-640. First picture 7:12pm (EDT); second picture 7:18pm (EDT); third picture 7:24pm (EDT).
