Details:
It was the first evening (October 11th) that a search for the comet was possible. Quite clear skies supported us. But it was still rather difficult to spot the object as a faint dot. 40 minutes after sunset we succeeded. Naked eye observations were negative. A binocular helped a lot. Images with SONY system camera. Exposure time 0.8 second. ISO 160 and 100. F= 5.6 and 5.0. (Jacob Kuiper and Hetty Mattaar).
