Details:
After many days of overcast skies and rain (even the enormous aurora last night was not visible in Saxony thanks to the weather) I was finally able to set up my equipment for the sun again today. I usually take around 400 frames (RAW) for each sun session, from which I manually select and add the sharpest 19. When I looked through the series of images today, I couldn't believe my eyes: a plane directly in front of the sun, which eclipsed AR 3848! Every two seconds the timer takes a photo of the sun with an exposure time of 1/400s. Catching something like that is a bit of a stroke of luck... :)
