"Red Aurora Display" October 6, 2024 Albany, Missouri Here are just a few quick still shots of tonight's display from Northern Missouri 40.25N. There was a persistent SAR Arc for about two hours before the red pillars started to form. One particular pillar was easily visible to the naked eye. Nikon D750 with 14-24mm Nikkor f/2.8 Lens and Sigma 8mm f/3.5 Fisheye ISO 1600 with 20-30-Second ExposuresTripod Mounted
