I lifted my iPhone 8 towards the sun to see if I could capture a picture of a solar flare or more, and when I looked at the live photo, it showed a fiery burning comment or asteroid falling into the sun, and spurting out the other side.

Details:
At first, I was puzzled, because I thought I was looking at a solar flare that should’ve been erupting from the sun not going into the sun. But it dawned on me that I was probably looking at a burning comet or asteroid striking the sun & for a very small fraction of a second, the video showed it exploding out.
