Details:
The Moon is 4.3% illuminated with the next New Moon 2 days from now. The Moon and comet are separated by 14°. There is at last a distinct tail; what's seen is 2° long. Again the camera saw the comet while the naked-eye view, or through 8x56 binoculars, saw nothing.
Imaging this comet is like hunting for ghosts: your eyes clearly tell you there's nothing there, yet the camera shows a definite image; if one reorients the comet so that the coma is on top, it even looks like a ghost. Or perhaps it's a vampire--it vanishes with the Sun's rising. Halloween is coming. Will it be trick or treat when the comet swings to the other side of the Sun?
