Details:
I took 21 photos of the comet between 6:22 and 6:30 a.m. MDT using a Nikon D5300 and a 180mm lens at f2.8. The exposure was 1/2 second at ISO 3200. I could not see it with my unaided eyes or through 15 x 70 binoculars. The mountain in the photo is the Grand Teton in Wyoming. It was 48 miles east of my location.
