Details:
First thing I noticed when I looked to see if the comet was above the distant ridge line was the iridescent blue clouds below a star filled sky. It's been many years since I've seen Noctilucent Clouds (if, in fact, that's what they were). Sony A7 MkIII, single shot, tracked, Sony 24-105mm at 158mm (105mm + Sony 1.5x Clear Image Zoom), f/4, ISO 800, 5-seconds. Visually, the sky just above the mountains was noticeably darker than it appears in my image. I also included one of the B&W images.
