STEVE over Sibbald Pond Alberta, with a meteor fireball piercing the band, The image was taken at 0109 hrs MDT, on September 25, 2024. The kP was 5 and the skies were cloudy to the East. The STEVE event lasted approximately 30 minutes. If you look closely at the fireball, you can see the green aurora that appears to be attached to it, it actually leaves a scar in the STEVE event. Looking closely at the bottom of the image you can see the Picket Fence aurora.
