I witnessed a beautiful G2 aurora display on Monday night (12th August) in Dunloy Co Antrim N.Ireland.
A beautiful display with the beams reaching almost 80 degrees in height at one stage during the outburst. I even managed to capture the aurora along with the milky way, a first for me.
I captured the display with my canon 750d crop sensor along with my canon 10-22mm lens. My settings were 20s exposure, f 3.5 iso 3200. I am looking forward to witnessing more displays in the coming months.
