Details:
On August 14th, 2014 I was looking for a nice composition to complement the beautiful conjunction between Mars and Jupiter.
This white stork couple was perfect for it. Indeed these birds are one of the symbols of Alsace, from where I was shooting.
The colour of Mars is obvious on the zoomed picture as the planet is slightly out of focus.
The Pleiades and Hyades star clusters beautifully complete this celestial display on the last 2 pictures, taken with a 50mm lens.
Exif:
Nikon Z6 and Sigma 100-400 at 300mm (picture 1) and 100mm (picture 2). I used a Nikkor Z 50mm f1.8 for the last picture.
