Details:
My granddaughter and I hoped to catch an aurora as she missed out on May 10th. We visited Camp Wanake in BeachCity, OH for darker skies and a wide field of view at their new small observatory. No obvious Aurora but around 10:25 we notices a strange glow in the bowl of the Dipper that lengthened toward Polaris and eventually reached past Cassiopeia before fading from view around 10:50. Glow was rope-like in appearance, little by way of color. Canon fullframe mirrorless, 24mm fl, iso 1600, 15 sec. If not Steve, what?
