Details:
I wasn't sure I'd see them here in Southern California being KP 6, but it changed to 7! I got lucky went out to the edge of the monsoon in the desert near a ghost town and managed to catch the aurora on the horizon and watched a few neat Perseids roll across the sky. I could not see the aurora like on May 10th, but the camera really did. Taken at 11:10 PM PDT. I had my GoPro Hero Black 12 on ISO 1600, 20 seconds, raw format, wide angle, native color, 3 second delay and voice commands on a tripod to avoid camera shake.
