Details:
Composite from images taken last year on 5 nights around the maximum of the Perseid meteor activity. While not the strongest annual shower, it is definitely the easiest to observe with a high frequency of clear skies around the maximum (opposed to Geminids, as in December the sky is almost always overcast, often for weeks without any clearing). The image contains a few non-Perseid meteors as well, they were too nice to be left out.
