Details:
Wildfire smoke from Western USA has made astrophotography quite challenging here in Pennsylvania. Under smoke filled skies, my favorite globular cluster was low in the South and its obscured light was challenging to detect through the reddish skyglow. Since finding a guide star was impossible, I recorded 47x25second unguided calibrated light frames through a Celestron EDGE HD C925 telescope and a modified Canon XS DSLR camera.
