Details:
These pictures, taken between 5.07 and 5.52 pm on Friday 12th July, show that Venus had separated far enough from the Setting Sun to appear in volcanic sunset glow at almost the same location three quarters of an hour later. These are the first views of Venus after sunset in July 2024 to be obtained from my location on Murambi Heights in Mutare. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
