Today's sunrise in the haze near the horizon, just before the drive to work. The spot group AR 3738 is clearly visible in the middle of the solar disk. The sight of the sun with the group is somewhat reminiscent of the transit of Venus in 2012. Back then, the sun rose in almost the same place (azimuth) and with Venus as a blurry something…
