Details:
I first saw this unknown spiral on 23:07 UTC+2. It appeared low over the northen horyzont, moving slowly from west to East.It appeared to periodicaly brighten to around -2 mag while releasing cloud of gas from two sides that then spiraled around it.
I used my phone to photograph it at ISO3200 and exposure time 4 seconds.
