Details:
Bright airglow stacking up to the north. It seemed to brighten up around midnight. Clearly visible as bright whiteish horizontal bands to the unaided eye. A natural glow towards the north could easily be mistaken for aurora or NLCs, but the Nikon D750 at 20 seconds and f/2.8 picked up the emerald green revealing the source as airglow.
