Details:
The best NLC display of the season, so far, both in brightness (4) and form (Type IIab, IIIab, IV, S, V). First observed in darkening twilight around 2300 BST (2200 UTC) on the Friday night (28 June 2024), at Latitude 51.42 degrees North it faded and ended around 45 minutes later; but only to reappear again in the early morning hours. This photo was taken at 2316 BST (2216 UT).
