Impressive show of the NLCs this evening! About 6-7° above the northern horizon and brilliantly bright, especially the area to the right. A thick bank of clouds in the troposphere, which had almost completely covered the NLCs 30 minutes earlier, completely dissolved within this time and gave a clear view. Perfect timing! What a start to my vacation and when I was planning my vacation last year for this year I knew why... 😊 Canon EOS 6D Mark I + Pentacon 1.8/50, ISO 400, 15, 23:31 MESZ (CEST)
