Details:
Here are a few interesting areas of the sun in h-alpha from today. Sunspot 3709/3711 looked pretty good. Also, sunspot 3697 was giving us its last gasp as it completely disappears around the back of the sun. Will it be back for a third time? Finally, there was a cool filament and prominence combo. 127mm f/9.4 refractor, Quark-C/Lunt 40mm double-stack filter, ASI174mm camera.
