Early in the morning on Friday 24th May the Full Moon with the Red Giant Star Antares visible close by were captured descending together in the predawn and dawn sky in a developing and fading pink Belt of Venus as shown in these unusual photographs taken between 5.52 and 6.17 am. Camera: Tripod-mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS40 in sunset mode.
