I waited patiently till late sunset at this time of the year here, as I saw the strong G4/G5 starting to happen. I could see auroras right at dusk. They were everywhere I looked. The colours were the most incredible I have ever seen. I took this panorama close to 1am local time looking directly south!!! Pentax K-1 II with Pentax 15-30mm lens; f/2.8; ISO6400; 3s exposure.
