Still coming to terms with what we witnessed last night. The finest Aurora Australis. This peak of heightened auroral activity occurred between 12:20am to 12:30am AEST Sunday. (May 11th at 14:20-14:30UT) Naked eye colour show. The SAR arc remained prominent throughout the night, East to North. Location Swan Hill, Victoria, Australia. 35 South 143 East. Image details: Canon 6D + EF lens. 10 second exposures.
