Details:
Aurora Corona often appears as a bird in flight or an angel. Regardless, it is a sight to behold! The Great Aurora Storm of 10-11 May 2024 was a feast rivaled only by witnessing a total solar eclipse. I observed continuous aurora from 9PM to 3AM and continued photographing it until dawn. I saw multiple forms of the northern lights but seeing the corona nearly overhead almost continually (12:01AM-1:36AM) was the highlight of the night.
