Details:
The northern lights display as seen from my location in Dark Sky® Alqueva, Portugal, at 38º latitude was impressive, I could even see it with my naked eyes around 23h15, specially the vertical fast moving bands. I saw more Aurora Borealis than when I visited Iceland for the first time. I was expecting something more subtle in reddish hues, but it was full of colors and sometimes going very high almost reaching the Zenith.
