Details:
Last night at twilight in the Atacama Desert, a wonderful ISS pass went near the zenith overhead. The sky was a stunning violet hue I think due to the dust in the atmosphere following some high winds. Some of the jewels of the Southern Milky Way can be seen in the sky including Alpha and Beta Centauri, the Southern Cross, Sirius and Orion
