Details:
At noon Arizona time I observed what looked like a jet contrail that had passed through these clouds producing a "rainbow-like" effect. It was a windy day. The wind at my location on the peak (4600') was at least 20- 25 mph, with gusts up to 40. The pictures from my Android camera phone don't do it justice, but I thought it might be of interest.
