While capturing this huge group of prominences on the western limb, I was suddenly presented with an astonishing display of surge prominences. Quite a lucky catch! Equipment: 150 mm f/5 achro with PST parts and ASI290MM camera. (Time: 08:57 - 09:32 UTC)
