Details:
At Rainbow Park Observatory, Rio Rancho, New Mexico, I took these pictures using my Special Solar Telescope consisting of a 0.8 inch diameter single element lens with focal length of 57.4 inches (f/71). The ring was with filter. With no filter, the overexposed images show the inner corona, chromosphere, and prominences, before and after annularity. I used Kodacolor 200, plus my Miranda camera with prism pulled. Sky was deep blue.
