The sun had a lot of detail today from many sunspots. It was a great day to take spectroheliograms.....calm and transparent. Make sure and look at the h-alpha image at full resolution on a large desktop monitor. 102mm f/7 based SHG, Pentax Takumar 150mm f/4 lenses for collimator and imaging lens. Thorlabs 50x50mm 2400 groove/mm diffraction grating, 12mm x 9 micron chrome-on-quartz slit, ASI183mm camera.
