Details:
On the morning of April 19, 2024 I drove West from Calgary in hopes of catching some of the aurora. I had to wait until 0230MDT for the aurora to flare up but when it did it was definitely worth the wait. An auroral pillar that was over 60 degrees in height grace the skies for all of 2 minutes, but what a sight it was!
