Details:
I was driving south on Interstate 5 at the Grapevine. There was a "hat brim" cloud on Frazier Mountain. At the bottom of the climb, there was no rocket launch. When we reached Frazier Park, we saw the exhaust cloud through a gap in the clouds. The ascent only takes about 10 minutes, and we had spectacularly clear skies aside from this one cloud... Have never seen a launch cloud from this location previously.
