Details:
Aurora with a Lunar Halo and Moon dogs at the top of the mountain in Alaska, just as the snow clouds moved out.
This was the first time we had it snowing on us during our Aurora workshop, it drop a 1/4" of powder, and the air was full of ice crystals, Temp was at -6F, we could barely see the Aurora through the snow clouds last night, but it did break finally around 1:30 am as you can see in this Image, the snow clouds moving out yeah, and the Moon was setting in the West and we were treated with a faint Lunar Halo, along with a pair of Moon dogs...you can see a few of of our participants up at the heated Mongolian yurts.
Canon 6D DSLR, 16mm F2.8, ISO 3200, 15 second exposure.
