Details:
Feb 15th 2024, 65 minutes after local sunset (7:34pm) from Amarillo, TX, I grabbed my camera to photograph what appeared to be high altitude clouds in the West/South West that were still illuminated by the sun. As as avid reader of spaceweather.com, they reminded me of noctilucent clouds. My suspicion is that these clouds were produced by high altitude missile testing from White Sands Missile Range. Panorama images taken with a Canon R5, Rokinon 135mm f/2 lens at f/4, 0.8s exposure ISO 800.
