Details:
During a break in rain on Day 6 of rain from the Atmospheric River drenching California, I noticed a funny light right after 5pm last night and ran outside to see this spectacular double rainbow. At one point it appeared to be going into a church on the hill as people outside the Boys and Girls Club were also taking pictures in awe of the beautiful sign of hope above us.
