Details:
Suddenly noticed this Ice Halo above the Tate Modern Art Gallery in London whilst walking alongside the River Thames in October 2021.
The Rainbow broke away from the main clouds and floated slowly away for about 20-30 seconds and then disappeared.
If you see one you have to be quick to get a photo!
