Details:
I noticed these clouds this morning 45 min's before sunrise during stormy weather conditions. I believe they are PSC's type I, which are partially composed of acids. These clouds look remarkably like summertime NLC's: Wave structures and electric-blue colours. I also noticed orange and red colours around the time of sunrise. I continued to observe these PSC's during the daytime, barely visible near the sun. Very exciting stuff!
