Details:
It was really more exciting than a typical total solar eclipse. The cloud cover revealed Betelgeuse a few seconds before occultation. In this moment I barely saw Betelgeuse with the naked eye for about four seconds. The dimming process also took several seconds. Here is the result captured through a DADOS spectrograph from Baader Planetarium. Now the data analysis can begin...
