Details:
Image that I captured last night of NGC 2238, also known as the Rosette Nebula. Located about 5000 light years from Earth, the Rosette Nebula is an H II region residing near one end of a giant molecular cloud in the Monoceros region of our Milky Way Galaxy. Despite high winds while taking this shot my mount held fairly steady. Life is Good!
