Details:
A rare aurora was recorded over southeast Arizona (32N) just after 6:40PM in this (20x30s), iso 800, GoPro stacked image. While I was unable to see it directly, the skies appeared a bit hazy over the east-northeast. Later still images at 9:30PM still suggested a red glow but was barely imaged. Bortle 4 skies. The brightest star trail is actually Jupiter (-2.9 mag) the day it was closest to the earth during its +12 year orbit around the sun.
