Details:
I was taking a twilight-to-night timelapse of the Milky Way on Nov 5. I was aware of the CME impact, but I did not expect to see much in my area, especially looking west. But I noticed the pictures showed a powerful red over the Milky Way, which I had never seen before. Asking around it was suggested it was a SAR.
