No, this is not a photoshopped image - the light from the hotel illuminates the lake's turquoise water at night! To my surprise, the light drop from the hotel was incredibly helpful, as it illuminated the lake in a way that I could still see its magnificent color! In addition, that part of the lake was so crystally clear that even underwater plants were visible among the reflected stars. With such light and color contrast it was hard to believe that it was real.
