Details:
Good morning, Ninety minutes before sunrise I noticed a slight glow over the treeline, referred to Current Conditions on Spaceweather.com and saw Kp=4.67, then confirmed current conditions on the NOAA SWPC real time solar wind page with Bz>11, elevated temperature, speed ~450, and density from 4 to 7. The images are an animation representing a twenty minute period before 1030 UTC, as dawn approached just over an hour before local sunrise, and a still frame showing Ursa Minor dipping into the slightest of green aurora above Draco swimming in magenta along the treeline with faint pillars. I only wish I woke up an hour or two before I did. 46.2N latitude; camera settings f/1.5, ISO 800, 15s. [Updated upload: About ninety minutes later, I observed NOAA SWPC very briefly flagged a G1 storm at 1154 UTC.]
