Details:
The huge sunspot is now facing the Earth. The size of this spot is more than 4 times larger than the diameter of the Earth, as its extension on the surface of the Sun has reached 60,000 km. It is not considered the largest at all, but it is huge so that the effect of any explosion reaches the Earth and we enjoy the aurora borealis. Things are still... Solar activity will increase and larger and more active spots will appear, I think. This shot was taken with a 180mm refracting telescope with a white light filter
