Details:
While staying at GTNP I was closely watching the data for the solar storm. I went out to the shore of Jackson Lake around 20:45 MDT. I could see faint aurora glow on the camera. By 21:05 I was picking up much brighter green on the horizon and some magenta higher up between the clouds. By 21:45 we were seeing STEVE and picket fences. At times we could see faint colors with the naked eye. By 22:30, the glow was fading and moving West, so we packed it in. Was mostly shooting ISO 3200-6400 with exposure times between 20 and 30 seconds at f2.8
