Details:
During a public event on UFO's (!) at the Public Observatory Bussloo we saw shortly after sunset (Aug 18th) a very bright 'star'. In the Celestron C14-telescope is could be identified as a stratospheric balloon! It stays visible from 19.05 - 19.50 UTC. The photo shows clearly the reflection of the sun in the frontside and backside of the balloon. The dark band in the middle is the 'reflection' of the horizon.
